The raw office space that is now Café 44, was made possible through her talents as a real estate broker, interior designer, and skilled negotiator. From conceptualization to launch, she’s had a hand in every aspect of Café 44, and continues to make an impact. Having traveled the world and dined on everything from street food in the Middle East to Michelin-rated in London, she brings an in-depth knowledge of cuisine and culture to the table.

Joe Quintero

GM | ‘The Face’

Joe has a rare gift for remembering your name and ‘go-to’ order, but what stands out the most is his welcoming smile and ability to make you feel special. When you walk in the door and he nods your way, you know he’s got you covered.

Having worked from the ground up as a food-runner, server, key-holder and ‘damn good bartender’, Joe is not only a great manager, but also an excellent mentor. From Atlanta to Australia, he’s made his mark on the industry and patrons worldwide. Though front of house is his calling, don’t be surprised if you find him in the kitchen whipping up his ridiculously good Cubanos, Coconut Curry, or Spicy Chicken Chili.

Joe has a few select passions in life: crafting elaborate beverages, indulging in Cuban cuisine, and styling his iconic facial hair. The term “hipster” has been thrown around, but we’re not here to judge.
